Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time with his kids, mountain biking, and exploring Idaho’s trail systems. He’s also deeply involved in the local cycling community and organizes races throughout the region.

With 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Shantel is known for being a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. She focuses on keeping the process clear, honest, and moving forward so her clients can focus on what matters most.
Outside of work, Shantel enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, camping, trail running, and taking full advantage of everything Idaho has to offer.
